This case study was conducted during a strategic technology course by the TUM Technology team, including Taylor Chandler, Uchenna Okosa and me. We identified, evaluated, analysed, and documented an in-depth analysis and findings summary of product strategy, product design and product roadmap of Newark Arts Open Door City Wide Festival. As well as, the team identified, evaluated, analyzed, and documented all users, cohorts, audiences, and visitor bases associated with the PSE (product, service and experience), both targeted and unanticipated. And we defined and developed User Experience, Empathy, Customer Journey and Competitive landscape maps for the PSE. Finally, the team drew a comprehensive conclusion with constructive suggestions.​​​​​​​
