The Project Overview
TUM Technology conducted this case study with a team including Taylor Chandler, Uchenna Okosa, and me for a strategic technology course. 
Sleep No More is one of NYC's most successful immersive shows. The case study thoroughly examined and analyzed "How It's Made, How It's Done" to uncover the secrets of its success. To be more specific, the study deciphered the purpose of the existence of the product with JTBD (Job To Be Done) theory, underlining the working mechanism including its assembly (How does the product generate from concept to a packaged product), collective (how does the product work form front to the backstage) and corporate (the ecosystem that the product worked within), the target audience, the UX with empathy map, user map, customer journey map and transact model, and the market analysis with competitive landscape map. Finally, the article concluded with a summary and recommendation for the product.
The project is a collective effort, and I am primarily responsible for the target audiences' user analysis.
